The WHY Behind the Podcast
Everyone has their own definition of being Well. As consumers it has become up to us to define that for ourselves. On our own journey of becoming the most Well versions of ourselves we have (and still are) exploring all the things that contribute to our health including what we consume through diet/food as well as chemicals / toxins present in our everyday products in the kitchen, bathroom, and beauty products to name a few.
Our goal is to present all the most evidenced backed information through deep-diving and combing through valid research studies (the MOST tedious of tasks) so you can choose for yourself what you want to implement and change.
